"The Book of Revelation, An Eschatological Study of the Endtimes", by Chad J. McCoy
Rev.19:1-21: After this I heard what sounded like the roar of a great multitude in heaven shouting:
Salvation and glory and power belong to our God,
2 for true and just are his judgments.
He has condemned the great prostitute
who corrupted the earth by her adulteries.
He has avenged on her the blood of his servants."
3 And again they shouted:
The smoke from her goes up for ever and ever."
4 The twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God, who was seated on the throne. And they cried:
5 Then a voice came from the throne, saying:
"Praise our God,
all you his servants,
you who fear him,
both small and great!"
6 Then I heard what sounded like a great multitude, like the roar of rushing waters and like loud peals of thunder, shouting:
For our Lord God Almighty reigns.
7 Let us rejoice and be glad
and give him glory!
For the wedding of the Lamb has come,
and his bride has made herself ready.
8 Fine linen, bright and clean,
was given her to wear."
(Fine linen stands for the righteous acts of the saints.)
9 Then the angel said to me, "Write: 'Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!'" And he added, "These are the true words of God."
10 At this I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, "Do not do it! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers who hold to the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy."
11 I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and makes war. 12 His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself. 13 He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. 14 The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. 15 Out of his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. "He will rule them with an iron scepter." He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty. 16 On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written:
KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.
17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun, who cried in a loud voice to all the birds flying in midair, "Come, gather together for the great supper of God, 18 so that you may eat the flesh of kings, generals, and mighty men, of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, small and great."
19 Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to make war against the rider on the horse and his army. 20 But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed the miraculous signs on his behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped his image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur. 21 The rest of them were killed with the sword that came out of the mouth of the rider on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh.
After the earthquake of the seventh bowl judgement, John hears all of heaven praising God for his true and just judgements. They rejoice over the avenging of the blood of His servants, and His condemnation of Babylon, and they joyously anticipate the coming wedding of the Lamb.
John falls at the feet of the angel speaking to him, and begins to worship him, and something happens that is a marked difference between Holy angels and fallen. This angel tells John to stop! Don't do it! I am just a fellow servant of God along with you! I am not worthy of worship, but worship only God!
It is this very worship that Satan has been after, ever since his fall.
Then John sees heaven open, and he sees the white horse of the First Seal. The one who is riding on it is Almighty God.
He judges with justice and his wars are righteous. He has come to destroy the nations, and to capture Satan and his followers; therefore his eyes are blazing fire.
On his head are many crowns, so there is no question that he has all the authority in the universe to carry out his judgements.
He has a name written on Him that is Holy, and knowable only to Him. His robe that he wears has been dipped in blood, signifying his readiness to battle.
He is the incarnate Word, He is Almighty God.
The armies of heaven follow Him, also riding white horses. They are dressed in white, because this battle is the Lord's. Their clothing will not be stained by spattered blood. God's clothing cannot be stained by blood because it has already been soaked in it.
Out of the mouth of God comes a sharp sword, and it is this with which he will strike down the nations.
Finally, the prophecy that the Jews have looked at for so long will come to pass, for He will rule them with an iron scepter.
The nations are as grapes to Him, and the winepress is ready to be tread on by the fury of the wrath of God Almighty.
And just so Nimrod, and Nebuchadnezzar, and Pharoh, and Caesar, and Saddam Hussein, and the False Apostle, and the AntiChrist, and Satan all know who is who, on His robe and on His thigh have been written "KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS".
"Black is black, and white is white.
Hell is hot, and sin ain't right.
God is Holy, and Christ is coming,
And righteousness will prevail!" - Carman
An angel steps into the sun, and makes a frightening, bone-chilling statement: Dinnertime!
Blood splatters, arteries spurt, flesh is shredded, and chests are ripped open as God descends on those who have cursed Him and His saints, and His heaven, and His angels.
A river of blood flows and becomes a flood, a torrent as high as a horse's bridle that sweeps along the plain for 200 miles.
The AntiChrist and False Apostle are captured and thrown alive into Hell. Their armies are destroyed, and the birds come and begin to feed, gorging themselves on the flesh of the dead.
And believe it or not, this is a good ending, because these were the bad guys. We certainly want to have no part of this!
